10:00am: Preschool Story Hour at the Lily Library in Florence

11:00am: Nature’s Story Time with Micky McKinley and friends, at the Hitchcock Center for the Environment, 525 So. Pleasant St., Amherst.

10:15-12:15: MotherWoman Postpartum Stress Support Group. Free child care and snacks. Community Action, 56 Vernon St., Northampton.

Wednesdays

9:30-11:30am: Northampton Parent’s Center drop in play group. Located in the basement of the Edwards Church,corner of Main & State Streets in downtown Northampton.

10-12: Easthampton Family Center drop-in play group. Christ United Methodist Church, 271 Rocky Hill Rd., Northampton.

10:30am: “Beetle Bop,” an Intergenerational Music and Movement Group for children preschool age and younger. Older siblings are also welcome. Rockridge Retirement Community, 25 Coles Meadow Road, Northampton. Children sing songs familiar to both the young and the seniors. Refreshments are included.

10:30:  Bong with Your Baby through Jewish Ritual and Song at the Solomon Schetcher School, 257 Propect St., Northampton.

10:00-11:30am: MotherWoman Group. Free, on-going, drop-in group to discuss the adjustment to and complexities of motherhood. Free snacks and child care. Amherst Family Center, Unitarian Church, downtown Amherst

11-11:30am: Toddler Story time at Forbes Library. Ages 18-36 months.

Thursdays

9:30-11:30am: Northampton Parent’s Center drop in play group. THURSDAYS ONLY: sing along with Arik Bieganek! Located in the basement of the Edwards Church,corner of Main & State Streets in downtown Northampton.

9:30am: Lapsit story hour, for babies up to 18 months, at the Lily Library in Florence

10:30am: Toddler Story Time at the Lily Library in Florence

10:30: Preschool Story Time at the Jones Library, Amity Street, Amherst

10-11:15: “Parenting Together: Infants, Toddlers and more,” a drop-in group to discuss the successes and challenges of parenting. In the rear of the Unitarian Church, 121 North Pleasant St., Amherst. Free.

Fridays

10:00am: “Mother Goose on the Loose:” Friday morning story hour at the Greenfield Public Library. 10 to 10:45 a.m. for infants; 11 to 11:45 a.m. for toddlers

Saturdays

11:00 a.m.: TEDDY BEAR TEA, at Chandler’s Restaurant at Yankee Candle Village, So. Deerfield. Bring your favorite Teddy Bear and have tea, lunch and read a book. Reservations: (413) 665-1277.
